This neighborhood is entirely contained in Pickens County, with all lots and homes on St. It also boasts spectacular views of the Chattahoochee National Forest. The High Hampshire Neighborhood contains some of the highest elevations within the Georgian Highlands, and many of the lots back up to the Tate Mountain Preserve which will remain undeveloped. Very easy access and level building sites along the ridge lines are characteristic of home sites in this neighborhood and many of the lots back on to the Tate Mountain Preserve. These sites offer spectacular views to the east, north, and west of almost a million acres of protected national forests and wilderness areas within the Amicalola Mountain Range and Rich Mountain Preserve. A large number of the owners in this neighborhood own multiple lots. The neighborhood consists of ninety-six home sites of 3 to 10 acres.
